    Minefield

    Join Ru and their friends for an action mystery comedy where we investigate disappearances, rehabilitate monsters, and explore liminal spaces while fighting to stay curious and kind when the world has grown rife with apathy for their environment. This series is for tweens – a neglected demographic who deserves their own media again.

    Low Wolf Content

    A fully hand-drawn animated short film about a jaded lone wolf who must learn to open up again for a sympathetic stray puppy in need of a friend. This story is a homage to animal character media from the early 2000’s, with a colorful cast of creature characters.

    Dark Well

    Also known as ‘Hard to Love’ on Social Media. This touching traditionally animated 2D short film is an expression of anxiety, depression, avoidance, and the importance of communication. Sometimes we bite off more than we can chew.

is an indie animation studio — Emphasis on the Independent part — It’s just me — Ren! I’m a queer self-taught artist in Portland, Oregon. I wrote, drew, and animated everything you see featured here. My favorite thing is intertwining sympathetic character driven narratives and depth through expansive environmental story telling. Most stories I write are based loosely on personal experiences that I feel could help (or at least entertain) others.
